A lifelong resident of Terre Haute, Indiana, Tony graduated in 1974 from Terre Haute South Vigo High School. He attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute and graduated cum laude with his B.S. in economics and a minor in journalism. Meanwhile, from 1973 to 1978, Tony wrote for the Terre Haute Star. He then entered the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis where he received his J.D. in 1981. From there he returned to Terre Haute to practice law.
Tony focuses on Social Security Disability. He normally tries at least 300 Social Security cases each year. Tony also handles numerous personal injury cases each year and has secured favorable settlements for many of the injured persons he has represented.
Tony is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Terre Haute Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). Very active in his church, Tony is past-president of his parish council and served as chairman for several years.
