Jeff has lived and practiced law in Terre Haute, Indiana since 1988. He graduated from Indiana’s Lebanon High School in 1981, Indiana University-Bloomington in 1985 with a B.A. in Political Science, and DePaul University College of Law in 1988 with a J. D. Jeff is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Indiana.
Since moving to Terre Haute Jeff has counseled individuals and businesses primarily in the areas of personal injury litigation, business law, real estate, probate, trusts and social security disability.
Jeff has been extremely active in the American, State and local Bar associations in their efforts to ensure that our legal profession serves the public with ethics, integrity and ability. He has been a member of the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates; Chairman of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section; Chairman of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Probate, Trust and Real Property Section; member of and current Chair Elect of the Indiana State Bar Association’s House of Delegates; member of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Board of Governors; member of the Indiana Continuing Education Forum’s Board of Directors; speaker at many Indiana Continuing Education Forum’s seminars to attorneys; Past President of the Indiana Bar Foundation; and Past President of the Terre Haute Bar Association.
Jeff has also been a member of the boards of directors of the Terre Haute Breakfast Optimist Club, Wabash Senior Center, Volunteer Action Center, Council on Domestic Abuse and the First Congregational Church of Terre Haute.
