Jenna M. Abel

Profile

Attorney Jenna Abel was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, and attended Indiana State University, earning a B.S. degree in business administration. She relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law, earning a J.D. with a certificate in comparative and international law in 2005. She primarily represents Social Security Disability claimants in South Carolina, but also practices in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Savannah, Georgia.

While in law school, she was a legal intern for both the Tulsa County Public Defender's Office and Boeschee Legal Clinic on the Health Law Project. She then moved to Portland, Oregon, and worked as a legal analyst for a transactional tax software company, while researching both U.S. and Canadian transactional tax laws.

Jenna is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Constitutional Society for Law and Policy, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is admitted to practice law by the Oklahoma State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District in Indiana.
