Kenny McVey

Kenneth E. McVey, III, was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School. He attended Indiana State University earning a B.S. in criminology. After several years working in the Indiana State Prison system he moved to West Palm Beach, Florida. While in Florida he began studying law at St. Thomas University in Miami where he was a member of Law Review. Kenny transferred to Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, earning his J.D. in January 2002.

Kenny returned to Terre Haute in 2003 and began working for the Vigo County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. While at the prosecutor’s office Kenny gained valuable experience in his time as both the child support prosecutor and a major felony prosecutor.

In 2008, Kenny joined Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin. Kenny primarily handles Social Security cases.

Kenny is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal Courts of Indiana as well as the State of Ohio.
