G. Steven Fleschner

For the first four years after graduating from law school Steve practiced law for a firm in Kansas City, Missouri, that represented several large insurance companies. He decided it was more rewarding, more challenging, and more enjoyable to fight insurance companies instead of representing them. So he left Missouri, returned to Indiana, and has been doing everything he can to obtain compensation for accident victims for more than twenty years. He has handled hundreds of cases where the insurance company has denied fault or responsibility, only to agree later to make a favorable settlement for his client.

Steve is the manager of the firm’s Personal Injury department. He is also a mediator who has been appointed to mediate hundreds of accident cases.

Steve has earned degrees from Indiana State University (B.S.), Washburn University Law School (J.D.), and University of Missouri at Kansas City (L.L.M.). Steve has been included in several editions of The Best Lawyers in America. He has also been named as one of America’s Top Lawyers. Steve is a member of the American Bar Association, Terre Haute Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
