TC Newlin

Thomas C. Newlin, II was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana.  He earned a Bachelors of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2001.  After two years of performing real estate appraisals at Newlin-Johnson Company, Inc., he began law school and graduated from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2006 cum laude.  While in law school, Thomas was the Indiana State Bar Association, Taxation Section Award Recipient.   

Thomas joined the human resource group at Ernst & Young LLP where his primary focus was on employee benefits in the context of mergers and acquisitions.  He then joined the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis as an ERISA associate.  After a year at Kirkland and Ellis, Thomas joined our law firm. 

Since joining Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin , his primary focus has been representing Social Security Disability claimants throughout the United States and personal injury clients in Illinois. Thomas is admitted to practice law by the Illinois State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
