A couple is facing charges for cashing a dead person’s Social Security benefit checks, FOX Carolina reports.
The woman’s grandfather had died, and she and her husband were cashing in on his Social Security benefits.
During questioning, the woman’s daughter said the man’s body could be found in a camper, and law enforcement officials believe the body had been dead for about a year.
