Man caught stealing Social Security benefits

A man is found guilty of stealing the identity of others to obtain Social Security benefits, KARE reports.

The U.S. Department of State was notified by the Social Security Administration that someone who had died in 1993 had applied for a Social Security card.

The man faces several years in prison for each account of Social Security fraud.
