Man serves jail time for lying to Social Security

A man who lied to the Social Security Administration about his finances is facing jail time, according to the Associated Press.

The man will serve 90 days in prison.

In addition to paying $28,000 in restitution, he must serve 100 hours of community services and three years of supervised release after his time is served.
