Orange County pastor pleads guilty for Social Security fraud

An Orange County pastor has pleaded guilty to fraudulent receipt of Social Security benefits, according to cbs19.com.

The pastor was receiving Social Security benefits since June 2005 while being employed as a pastor while also receiving a salary, as well as car and housing allowances.

The pastor received about $134,000 in Social Security benefits, which he will be required to return. He’s also facing five years in federal prison.
