Brian A. Newlin
Born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, Brian A. Newlin received his bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University Bloomington with a major in legal studies and a minor in criminal studies. His passion for helping others drove him to pursue a career in law, and he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014.
Prior to becoming an attorney at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin in 2014, Brian was an intern with the firm. He also performed real estate appraisals at the Newlin-Johnson Company and worked in the construction and landscaping industries.
Admitted to practice law in Indiana, Brian is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He focuses on a variety of practice areas, including Social Security Disability cases, business law, real estate law, probate law, family law, criminal law, and small claims.
