A lifelong resident of Terre Haute, Indiana, Anthony graduated in 1974 from Terre Haute South High School. From 1973 to 1978, Anthony wrote for the Terre Haute Tribune-Star. He attended Indiana State University and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in economics before entering law school at Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Anthony earned his Juris Doctor in 1981 and returned to Terre Haute to practice law.

Anthony focuses his practice on Social Security Disability cases, and he tries around 300 Social Security cases in an average year. Anthony also handles numerous personal injury cases each year and has secured favorable settlements for many of the injured victims he represents.

Anthony is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Vigo County/Terre Haute City Bar Association. He is active in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International and has been inducted into the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Anthony is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).

A member of St. George’s Orthodox Church, Anthony is past-president of his parish council and served as chairman for several years. In an effort to give back to the youth of Terre Haute, Anthony donates his time to serve on the Hall of Distinction Committee for Terre Haute South High School.

When he’s not spending time with his kids, Anthony enjoys traveling and playing golf.
