Born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, to a military family, Caleb was raised with strong values of discipline, integrity, and service—principles that guide his legal practice today. He graduated from Indiana State University in 2012 and earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016.
Before becoming an attorney, Caleb gained invaluable experience working at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin in various roles. He started with the firm as a medical records analyst in 2010 and later became a fee specialist in 2011. While attending law school, Caleb also worked as a law clerk, where he gained hands-on experience in mass tort, personal injury, family law, and Social Security cases.
In addition to his legal practice, Caleb is deeply involved in giving back to his community. He serves on the boards of Terre Haute Catholic Charities, Reach Services, and the Terre Haute Children’s Museum. He is also the current President of the Terre Haute Bar Association and volunteers as a Teen Court Judge. His dedication to public service earned him the CASY Teen Court Volunteer of the Year award. Caleb’s exceptional legal skills and community involvement have earned him recognition in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 and as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Caleb is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Terre Haute Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Outside of his legal career, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife, Emilee, and their two dogs, Fitz and Louie. He is passionate about traveling, running, and cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
