Caleb S. Fleschner is an attorney at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin, where he focuses his practice on personal injury law. Admitted to practice in the state of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Caleb has earned a reputation for his dedication to his clients and his deep commitment to the community he calls home.
Although born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, Caleb grew up locally in Indiana, surrounded by family and friends who instilled in him strong values of discipline, integrity, and service—principles that continue to guide his legal career. He graduated from Indiana State University in 2012 and earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016.
Caleb’s connection to the law runs deep. He began his journey at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin in 2010 as a medical records analyst, then became a fee specialist in 2011. While attending law school, he returned as a law clerk, gaining hands-on experience across mass tort, personal injury, family law, and Social Security cases. These early experiences laid the foundation for his thoughtful and client-focused approach to practicing law today.
Beyond the courtroom, Caleb is passionate about giving back to the community where he was raised. He serves on the boards of Terre Haute Catholic Charities, Reach Services, and the Terre Haute Children’s Museum. He is also the current President of the Terre Haute Bar Association and volunteers as a Teen Court Judge, work that earned him the CASY Teen Court Volunteer of the Year award. His commitment to excellence and service has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 and as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Caleb is an active member of professional organizations including the American Bar Association, the Terre Haute Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Outside of his professional life, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife, Emilee, and their two dogs, Fitz and Louie. He loves traveling, running, and cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish—where he is a dedicated season ticket holder—all while staying rooted in the community he’s proud to call home.
