A native of Terre Haute, Indiana, Caleb Fleschner graduated from West Vigo High School in 2009 and graduated cum laude from Indiana State University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in History. In 2016, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, he worked in the school’s Disability Clinic where he interviewed, counseled, and represented low-to-no income persons with disabilities in administrative appeals to the Social Security Administration.
Caleb focuses his practice in personal injury, general civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He has been a certified mediator since 2016 and is licensed to handle civil mediations in the state of Indiana.
He is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Terre Haute Bar Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association. He is also involved with the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
Prior to joining the firm as an attorney in 2016, Caleb held several positions with Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin. He was first hired in 2010 as a medical records analyst and became a fee specialist in 2011. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk on mass tort, personal injury, family law, and Social Security cases.
Whenever possible, Caleb enjoys giving back to the Terre Haute community. He is past president of the Parish Council at St. Mary’s Village Church and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Reach Services, Inc. He also is a member of the Young Leaders of Terre Haute, a committee of the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, Caleb enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with family.
