Hunter Marple is a Personal Injury Legal Assistant at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin, where he manages a broad range of pre-litigation cases and supports attorneys in developing settlement
strategy. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and client-first approach, his responsibilities include preparing settlement demand packages, drafting Complaints for Damages, coordinating internal reports and case data, assisting with medical bill reductions and settlement negotiations, and assisting with the medical management of clients to help ensure appropriate treatment and case progression.
He also works closely with the firm’s investigator to obtain essential evidence—such as photographs, videos, and witness statements—in preparation for potential litigation and trial-
level readiness. Hunter’s strengths include thorough case preparation, strong communication, and the ability to identify key medical and legal details that strengthen case value.
Hunter joined FSTN in 2021 and has helped streamline case documentation workflows, client communication processes, and data tracking. He graduated from Indiana State University in 2023
with Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science, Legal Studies, and English, and plans to pursue law school.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys time with family, reading, playing guitar, home renovation projects, and continued advancement within the legal field.
