“Guys Who Give” Provides Funds for West Vigo Community Center Projects

Giving back to our community is important to us at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin. That’s why Terre Haute personal injury lawyer, Thomas C. Newlin, helped found an organization that provides assistance to local organizations and individuals in need.

Guys Who Give is an organization created to better opportunities provided in Terre Haute. Since its creation, the group has grown to 141 members and accomplished many goals with the funds it’s raised.

One of  Guys Who Give’s latest achievements was providing funding for several projects in need of completion at the West Vigo Community Center. The facility provides a safe place for neighborhood children to play, exercise, or get snacks. According to The Tribune-Star, Guys Who Give donated $14,100 to the center. The funds will be used to add furnaces to heat the gym in the winter and to install new roofing insulation to hold the heat in. The remainder of the donation will be used to provide snacks to children who attend the facility.

Our legal team would like to applaud Guys Who Give on their donation to the West Vigo Community Center. You can stay up to date with our firm’s latest community efforts here in Terre Haute by visiting our Facebook page.
