Terre Haute Personal Injury Lawyers Give to the Light House Mission Ministries

At Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin, our Terre Haute personal injury lawyers believe in serving our community by providing more than just legal guidance to the citizens of Indiana. That’s why we recently raised funds to benefit a local organization that provides assistance to the needy here in Terre Haute.

The Light House Mission Ministries, Inc. was founded in 1890 as a way to minister to the homeless and transient communities around our city. Since that time, the organization has grown to serve tens of thousands of people in our area.

In 2014 alone, the Light House Mission provided 166,000 hot meals and 49,000 beds to those without a roof over their head. These programs are expensive to operate and the organization depends on public donations to raise the necessary funds.

In order to help assist with these costs, our staff at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin collected donations throughout the month of February that would benefit The Light House Mission as part of our Jeans money program. We are proud to say that we were able to give this wonderful organization a check totaling $251.75 to be used to benefit those who are in need.

We hope our efforts inspire you to give back to the community as well. If you would like to stay up to date on the latest charitable work, be sure to check out the community events and initiatives we are partaking in by visiting our website and social media outlets.
