WTHI-TV reports that the driver of a semi-truck who caused a fatal Terre Haute truck accident faces several charges related to that accident.
The 50-year-old truck driver rear-ended an SUV that was stopped at a stop light. The 25-year-old driver of the SUV was fatally injured. The truck driver admitted to smoking crack cocaine the night before.
According to police reports, he had three previous convictions for operating while intoxicated, one from June 2010.
