Study finds Latinos rely heavily on Social Security benefits

A study done in Colorado found that Latino residents rely more than other races on Social Security, according to publicboradcasting.net.

A new group of Latino organizations is trying to find ways to safe Social Security benefits.

Some ideas for saving their Social Security benefits include raising the tax cap for the wealthy to cover 90% of their income and making benefit coverage available to newly hired state and local employees because currently they are exempt.
