A woman has been sent to the hospital following a Terre Haute truck accident.
The Tribune-Star reports that the woman pulled her vehicle out in front of a semi-truck on Highway 41 in the Terre Haute truck accident. The woman’s car sustained serious damage to the driver’s side in the Terre Haute auto accident. The woman had to be extricated from the vehicle by rescue workers.
Do you think in situations like this the woman should be held responsible for damages, since she pulled out into oncoming traffic?
